QUEBEC CITY, May 21, 2019 \/ CNW Telbec \/<\/em> – Harris Computer Corporation (\u00ab\u00a0Harris\u00a0\u00bb) announces that Hopem, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has acquired Abak Software Inc. (\u00ab\u00a0Abak\u00a0\u00bb), a technology solutions supplier that centralize time and expense data entries, billing, project finances, resource planning, and document management modules on a single software platform. As a result, Abak customers will be added to the base of more than 40,000 North American customers with Harris.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0The complementarity of our solutions and Abak and Hopem’s desire for growth, which will be generated by the pooling of our activities, have been important factors in bringing our two companies together, and Abak and Hopem already have customers in common.
